  2. Avoid Certain Substances: For at least 48 hours before your session, avoid alcohol, caffeine, and nicotine, as these can affect your circulation and the effectiveness of the treatment.

  3. Eat Lightly: Have a light meal about an hour before your treatment. Avoid heavy meals to prevent any discomfort during the session.

  4. Wear Comfortable Clothing: Choose loose, comfortable clothing and undergarments. This will help you feel relaxed during the treatment and ease the application of the technology.

  5. No Lotion or Oils: Do not apply lotion, oils, or perfumes to the areas being treated on the day of your appointment. Clean skin is crucial for an effective treatment.

  6. Report Medications: Inform your technician about any medications or supplements you are taking, as some products may affect your treatment.

  7. Skin Condition: Ensure the treatment area is free from cuts, abrasions, or irritations. If you have any skin concerns, discuss them with your technician before the session.

  8. Shaving: If applicable, shave the treatment area 24 hours before your session to avoid skin irritation.

  9. Confirm Appointment: Double-check your appointment details a day before to ensure there are no misunderstandings about the time or date.

  10. Sleep Well: Get a good night’s sleep before your treatment to come in feeling rested and relaxed.

After your body sculpting session at ZenDen, follow these updated post-care instructions to optimize your results and maintain comfort:

  1. Stay Hydrated: Continue drinking plenty of water to help your body flush out toxins and support the treatment process.

  2. Avoid Eating Immediately: Wait at least 2 hours after your treatment before eating to allow your body to begin processing the sculpting effects.

  3. Maintain a Healthy Diet: Once you resume eating, choose balanced, nutrient-rich meals to support your body’s recovery and enhance treatment results.

  4. Avoid Alcohol and Caffeine: For at least 24 hours post-treatment, avoid alcohol and caffeine as they can dehydrate your body and potentially hinder the results.

  5. Gentle Exercise: Engage in light activities like walking or gentle yoga to promote circulation. Avoid strenuous workouts immediately after your session.

  6. Use Ice Packs: If you experience swelling, stiffness, or bruising, apply ice packs to the affected areas to reduce these symptoms.

  7. Avoid Heat: Stay away from saunas, steam rooms, and hot showers for at least 24 hours to prevent exacerbating any treatment-related swelling or irritation.

  8. Massage the Area: Unless advised otherwise, gently massage the treated areas to enhance circulation and encourage lymphatic drainage.

  9. Monitor Your Skin: Some redness or swelling is normal. Contact ZenDen if these symptoms persist or if you have any concerns.

  10. Wear Loose Clothing: Choose comfortable, loose-fitting clothes to avoid irritation in the treated areas.
