Booking Policy:

Scheduling Appointments: Appointments can be booked online through our website, over the phone, or in person at our facility. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 50% of the service cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total service charge on the day of your appointment. For clients who have previously purchased a package in full, no additional deposit is needed when booking individual sessions included in your package.

Confirmation: You will receive an appointment confirmation via email or SMS immediately after booking. Please review the details and contact us if there are any discrepancies.

Cancellation Policy:

Notice Period: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. For package holders, if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, the session will be deducted from your package as if it had been attended. This is because the late notice does not allow us sufficient time to fill the appointment slot.

No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notification will also forfeit their deposit and may be required to pre-pay for future services in full. For package holders, failing to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in the loss of the session from your package.

Late Arrival Policy:

Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for your treatment.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time of your scheduled session. Please note that your session may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. For package holders, if you arrive late, we will attempt to provide the full treatment during the remaining scheduled time, but this cannot be guaranteed. The session will be considered used and will be deducted from your package.

Excessive Lateness: Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and subject to our cancellation policy.
